Extremely rare 1923 Hardcover Dennison Bogie Book. All 32 pages are present. Some wear on the front an back covers. Looks like some some water damage throughout the book but didn't smear any of the images or words as it's mainly at the bottom and outer edges of the pages. A truly rare find as this copy never went through a library system. Typically these hardcover copies surface as going through library systems and have the paper library checkout card pocket.
