1960s tin witch and owl ratchet noisemaker made by US Metal Toy. There is some discoloration and some slight warping so please examine photos for details on condition. This noisemaker is a rare find indeed as it doesn't surface as often as other noisemakers and due to its odd shape. A wonderful piece of Halloween history
