Coved paper plate made by Beach & Arthur Inc in the 1930s. Whimsical Halloween characters on all 4 corners of the plate and in the center a spooktacular scene unfolds of an owl perched on a crescent moon with a face as a happy face star watches. This piece is almost 100 years old and is in great condition! These party plates are extremely rare to come by as they were made for one time use. The colors are vibrant of the time of the 1930s.
